ABOUT ETSY

Q) What is Etsy?
A) Etsy is my store's selling matrix. It's an online storefront that features many artisans of all different kinds. Have a look around!

Q) Why do I need to register with Etsy?
A) Registering with Etsy allows you to purchase items from my shop. It helps regulate the credibility of
each store with the reviews that are left after a purchase. By viewing the feedback of a given shop,
you can determine if this is a seller you'd like to do business with.

Q) How much does it cost to register with Etsy?
A) Nothing. It costs nothing to register or to buy, all fees are paid by sellers.

Q) Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items?
A) No! I use Paypal for quick and easy payments and tracking. If you do not have a Paypal account, you
may still use Paypal to make purchases with a credit card without registering. This option will be
available at the time of purchase. I also accept Google Check out, select "other" as a purchase method and let me know that this is what
you'd like to use. I'll send you an invoice. You must sign up with Google to make payments with Google Checkout.

SHIPPING

Q) Do you do custom orders?
A) All of my items are already made and as you see them. Because of the nature of my pieces I cannot recreate them; but if you have
some jewelry that you would like made into a Sailor Jenny piece (with my embellishments, of course)
email me and we'll discuss! I may also be able to create a piece with a theme that you are looking for - and I am always willing to try!

Q) How will my items arrive?
A) I ship items via United States Postal Service. I try my best to use the most economical means of
shipping when possible. Large items will be shipped in a large envelope or sturdy box if needed. Smaller
items will be shipped via a shipping envelope.

Q) How are shipping costs calculated?
A) Shipping will be calculated based on weight. I will combine shipping if purchasing multiple items and will notify you if I pack them in
more than one package. If you would prefer a certain type of shipping (i.e., First Class , Priority) let me know before you pay and I will
send an updated invoice.

PAYMENT

Q) What can I expect during the checkout process?
A) After adding items to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to complete the purchase. You will then
have the opportunity to pay with a credit card by clicking the Paypal button. It's a 2 step process.

Q) What if I purchase items from you and another seller?
A) You have to pay each seller at a time. Follow the prompts in your shopping cart. Problems? Just email

Q) When should I pay?
A) Preferably at the time of checkout. I have a 72 hour turnaround time before I relist the item. Please make your payment as soon as
possible within 72 hours. I will contact you with reminders and options.

Q) Can I pay by Check?
A) Unfortunately I am not accepting checks at this time.


Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) I charge 7.25% sales tax on orders processed in the state of California.

Q) What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A) You will see either Sailor Jenny or Jason Brett.
